The intention of these practices is to help you create space at home for a gentle, embodied practice of yoga.  It will, I think, allow you the opportunity to slow down, give you space to listen and respond to your body and enable you feel more healthy and whole in the process.  It sets the stage for a 30 minute appointment with yourself-- to move and breathe, to release tension and restore vitality.  These practices will keep you self aware, bring you to self reference your movement and allow the body to be strong in a fluid and juicy way.
